Each article undergoes a Double-Blind Peer Review process, in which the identities of both authors and reviewers are concealed to maintain objectivity and fairness in the review process. Articles requiring revision will be returned to the authors for improvement based on the reviewers’ comments and recommendations. Reviewers provide valuable scientific evaluations aimed at improving the substance, methodology, and academic contribution of the manuscript.
The final decision regarding the acceptance or rejection of an article is made by the Editor based on reviewers’ evaluations and editorial board considerations. The publication of accepted articles, including the order of publication, will be determined by the Editor in Chief by considering article quality, submission order, thematic suitability for each issue, and diversity of authors’ institutions and geographical backgrounds.
